In addition to the standard applicable regulations for the Masters (see above), was added the possibility to use a "spare car" (a replacement car available to the driver when the first car blows up early in the race - see conditions below). that has the same configuration as the original car under these conditions:

The spare car can be used by any driver who is forced to retire before the end of the first corner because of engine, body or handling.
The spare car configuration must be the exact same as the first car, less 2 PdV (points of life) to be chosen by the driver.
The spare car must wear the same type of tires than the initial car.
The spare car will start in first gear from its own pit, once all other cars have passed the exit of the pit lane.
The earliest the spare car can move is on the next round of play after the original car retired

Introduction:
Your enthusiasm for playing at Formula De online is very rewarding. But to make sure that all the players have fun, we would like to prevent unnecessary delays, and we would like you to read and agree to the following rules:

1. Qualifications:
After your 2 (two) qualifying laps, an administrator (“admin”) will check them and correct them if needed. You can either confirm or contest the control, in which case your lap will be controlled again by a separate admin. If you do neither, you are tacitly validating the control.

2. Race:
a. When it is your turn to play, you will receive an email to inform you. Te subject line shows: “Formula De Web: it is your turn for (name of track)”
b. Please make sure to play your turn as soon as you receive this reminder, in order to shorten the length of the game and let your partners play!
c. If you know you will be unable to play for more than 2 days at a time, you MUST designate a substitute player, and provide him with your password. You can ask any of the players you know, or on the forum, or one of the admins. Do provide them with an outline of your strategy!

3. If you have not designated a substitute, and you have not played your turn within 3 days of receiving your email reminder:
a. During setup: a car color and a stand will be given to you by one of the admins. You will receive a minimum setup (1 point for each category), which you will be able to update at your next turn to play.
b. During the race: your move will be made by one of the admins in charge of the track, so as to inflict the least amount of damage to your car as possible.
Important: If the admin has had to play for you 3 times or more, you will receive an email reminding you of your commitment to the game. If you haven’t answered that email within a week, your car will then be taken out of the race.

4. Multiple pilots for one player:
in the name of fair-play for all, we would ask that you promise not to set up several pilots in order to play on several tracks at once. This practice penalizes players that stick to one pilot. Obviously, we cannot enforce this rule, and we would like to appeal to your honor in this matter.

We would recommend that you take part in the Formula-De forum, where all questions and concerns about Fde-ware can be addressed.

Introduction:

Nous sommes honores par votre enthousiasme pour Formula De online. Mais pour assurer que tous les joueurs s’amusent, nous aimerions eviter les delais inutiles, et que vous lisiez et respectiez les regles suivantes:

1. Essais:
Apres vos 2 (deux) tours de qualifs, un administrateur (“admin”) verifiera vos tours et les corrigera si necessaire. Vous pouvez confirmer ou contester le controle, auquel cas votre tour sera controle a nouveau par un autre admin. L’absence de confirmation ou de contestation de votre part sera consideree comme un accord tacite du controle effectue.

2. Course:
a. Vous recevrez un e-mail vous notifiant a votre tour de jeu. Le sujet de l’e-mail est: “Formula De Web: C’est a vous de jouer (+nom de la course)”
b. Soyez surs de jouer des reception de l’e-mail, afin de raccourcir la duree de la course et de laisser vos concurrents jouer aussi!
c. Si vous savez que serez dans l’incapacite de jouer pendant plus de 2 jours d’affilee, vous devez ABSOLUMENT designer un remplacant, et lui fournir votre mot de passe. Demandez a l’un des joueurs sur le forum, un de vos equipiers, ou l’un des administrateurs. Et n’oubliez pas d’elaborer sur votre strategie de course!

3. Si vous n’avez pas de remplacant, et que vous n’avez pas jouer votre tour sur 3 jours après avoir recu votre notice:
a. Durant la preparation de la course: une voiture et un stand vous sera automatiquement attribute par un des admins. Votre voiture aura une config minimum, que vous pourrez remanier a votre prochain tour de jeu.
b. Pendant la course: un des admins en charge jouera pour vous, en privilegiant une trajectoire qui minimise les degats a votre voiture. Attention: si l’administrateur a du jouer pour vous 3 fois ou plus, un e-mail vous sera envoye pour vous rappeler vos engagements. Si vous n’avez pas repondu a cet e-mail dans les 7 jours, votre voiture sera retiree de la course.

4. Dans le cas d’un joueur avec de multiples pseudos/pilotes:
au nom du fair-play pour tous, nous vous demandons de ne pas creer d’autres pilotes, que vous joueriez sur plusieurs circuits en meme temps. Cette pratique penalize les joueurs qui n’utilisent qu’un seul pilote par course. Bien sur, nous ne pouvons pas vous force a suivre cette regle, mais nous aimerions faire appel a votre sens du jeu.

Enfin, nous recommendons fortement que vous preniez part au forum de Formula-De, ou toutes les questions et problemes sont abordes.

Einleitung
Wir freuen uns, das du an einem Formula De-Web Rennen teilnehmen möchtest. Damit der Spaß am Rennen für alle Spieler erhalten bleibt und es während des Spiels nicht zu unnötigen Verzögerungen kommt, ersuchen wir dich, das du diese Verhaltensregeln beachtest und akzeptierst:

1. Qualifikation:
Nach Abschluss deiner Qualifikationsrunden (maximal 2) werden diese Runden von einem Administrator (im folgenden kurz „Admin“ genannt) geprüft und bei Bedarf korrigiert. Du kannst die geprüften Runden entweder bestätigen oder ablehnen. Bei einer Ablehnung durch dich wird eine neue Kontrolle von einem anderen Admin durchgeführt. Erfolgt bis zum Start des Rennens keine Bestätigung oder Ablehnung von dir, gilt die vom Admin geprüfte Runde als von dir akzeptiert.

2. Rennen
a. wenn du an der Reihe bist, erhältst du ein Erinnerungsmail mit dem Betreff: „Formula De Web: Du bist am Zug (Name des Kurses)“
b. bitte mache deinen Zug so rasch wie möglich nach Erhalt dieses Mails, damit das Rennen zügig weitergeht und deine Mitspieler nicht lange auf ihren nächsten Zug warten müssen.
c. kannst du einige Zeit nicht selbst am Spiel teilnehmen, z.B. wegen Urlaub, Dienstreise oder sonstigen Gründen, bist du verpflichtet einen Ersatzfahrer zu bestimmen bzw. zu nennen und diesem dein Passwort zu nennen. Entweder ersuchst du einen anderen dir bekannten Spieler, oder du fragst im Forum oder einen der Admins. Du solltest deiner Vertretung auch deine Strategie mitteilen.

3. wird von dir kein Ersatzfahrer bestimmt und machst du deinen Zug nicht innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Erhalt des Erinnerungsmails gilt folgendes:
a. beim Setup und Auswahl des Autos: dir wird von einem Administrator ein Auto sowie eine Box zugewiesen. Für das Auto wird ein Minimal-Setup eingestellt (jeweils 1 Punkt in jeder Kategorie). Dieses Mini-Setup kannst du bei deinem nächsten Zug ändern.
b. während des Rennens: dein Zug wird von einem dafür berechtigten Admin ausgeführt, der darauf achtet, das durch diesen Zug so wenig Verlustpunkte wie möglich für dein Auto entstehen.
Achtung: muss ein Admin 3 x hintereinander unaufgefordert für dich ziehen, erhältst du ein Mail, ob du noch am Spiel teilnehmen möchtest oder nicht. Bleibt dieses Mail eine Woche lang unbeantwortet, wird dein Wagen aus dem Spiel genommen.

4. Mehrere Piloten eines Spielers:
Wir ersuchen dich dringend, nicht mit mehr als einem Fahrer an einem Rennen teilzunehmen, auch nicht an verschiedenen Tischen des selben Rennens. Das benachteiligt die Spieler, die nur mit 1 Piloten an einem Rennen teilnehmen. Wir können dich zwar nicht zwingen, nur mit einem Piloten zu fahren, aber wir appellieren an deinen Sinn für Fairness, es zu unterlassen.

Empfehlung: Melde dich bitte auch im Forum an. Dort werden alle Themen und Fragen rund um FD-Web behandelt.
